What is a refurbished tank?
A refurbished tank is a tank that has previously been used for storage of substances such as oil, diesel or fuel. A refurbished tank is no longer new but has been thoroughly cleaned, removing all traces and residue of the stored substance, and repaired of any defects or faults to make it legally viable for repurposing. The cleaning and repairs are carried out by trained technicians who know their way around tanks and the substances carried by them.
